Requirements & Skills
- 4+ years of hands-on experience building backend systems with Laravel.
- Solid foundation in relational database optimization (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and database index designs.
- Familiarity with Redis caching pipelines, job queues, and Event Broadcasts.
- Strong modern JavaScript skills (Vue, React, or clean dynamic Alpine.js).
